2014 Chardonnay

Monterey AVA

Tasting Notes: Refreshingly crisp flavors and aromas of citrus, pear, kiwi and pineapple followed by delicate undertones of honey and toasty oak on the finish. 20% malolactic fermentation. 100% Chardonnay. Stainless steel fermented, barrel aged in 10% new French oak for 9 months.

Pairing: Excellent with rich shellfish (lobster and crab) or sea bass. Perfect complement to seafood bisque and rich pastas in garlic or cream sauces.

2014 Viogner

San Antonio Valley AVA

Tasting Notes: Flavors of apricot and white peaches with floral and citrus notes and a hint of honey. Dry with nice acidity. 80% Viogner 20% Roussanne. Stainless steel fermented, barrel aged in 10% new French oak for 9 months.

Pairing: Pairs nicely with mildly spicy foods (curries, gumbo), fresh summer pasta and roast chicken/turkey.

2013 Pinot Noir

Monterey AVA

Tasting Notes: Ripe in style, with bold flavors of berries, cherry, black plum and cranberry with aromas of rose bush, clove and nutmeg. Mild tannins and acidity. 95% pinot Noir and 5% Syrah. Barrel aged in 20% new French oak for over 9 months.

Pairing: Try our Pinot Noir with grilled salmon, stuffed mushrooms or pork belly.

2014 Syrah

San Antonio Valley AVA

Tasting Notes: Co-fermented with 3% Viognier. Flavors of Blueberry, plum, black cherry with aromas of violets, spice, tobacco and leather. Medium tannins and a toasty lingering finish. 90% Syrah, 7% Petite Sirah and 3% Viognier. Barrel aged in 20% new French oak for over 9 months.

Pairing: Perfect with anything off the grill! Smoked meats, grilled veggies and gamey dishes balance rich, dark fruit in our Syrah.

2014 Petite Sirah

Tasting Notes: Ripe and balanced with deep dark color and a flood of plum, dark cherry, blue berry, pomegranate and aromas of mocha, vanilla and oak spice. Medium tannins and a nice long lingering finish. 90% Petite Sirah and 10% Syrah. Barrel aged in 20% new French oak for over 9 months.

Pairing: Excellent pair with hearty red pasta dishes, pizza and spicy Thai.

Pairing: The perfect compliment to prime rib, lamb, or eggplant parmesan.
