In the days of early California...
Line Shacks were created to provide shelter, food and rest while working away from the home ranch. The Balentine Family has owned its own Line Shack for generations and have many fond memories of the times spent there. It was those memories that prompted them to name the winery after their Line Shack. The newly created label depicts a stylized impression of the wooden planks and multi-paned windows that make up the Line Shack.
